Living in modern society can throw us off balance, mentally, physically and emotionally. Just as you have a dominant hand you can easily develop an overly-dominant hemisphere of the brain.
Fortunately, balancing the two hemispheres is easily achieved through movement and visualization which gives access to a calmer nervous system, improved cognition, memory, energy, and reduced feelings of anger, depression, and anxiety.
To help balance the mind and body in left -right, top-bottom, front-back, side to side I have created a mini meditation (link below) for your listening enjoyment and participation.
Find a relaxing place where you can stand or sit as needed to follow the instructions given in the audio.
